York Wargames Society are pleased to announce Vapnatak 2020 ADLG 15mm Fun and Friendly Competition
Organised by Paul Dawson and Paul Johnston on Sunday 2nd February 2020.
The format will be 3 x 200 point games. Each game 2 hours 15 mins max with hard stop.
Timings will be 8.30 for 8.45 start
Game 1 8.45 to 11
Game 2 11.15 to 1.30
Game 3 2.15 to 4.30
prize giving 4.45
The theme for 2020 is "Peoples of the Steppes" Any army with steppes as a terrain choice can be used - with the exception of 283 plains Indians. All attackers and defenders MUST choose Steppes to fight in.
2020 marks the 50th Anniversary of York Wargames Society. As part of the celebrations, the Society has decided to support this competition and therefore will be NO charge to enter the competition and therefore the show too.
We will ask for £5 from each player to contribute to trophies and prizes . The Society will have a charity we are collecting for, so any other additional donations towards this would be appreciated.
Numbers are limited but we have room for 20 players at this point
