We are very proud to support the 9th Winter offensive near STRASBOURG (FRA) from 29 Feb. and 1st Mar. 2020.

Theme : In 2020, 20 units you will command and your Army 20 of demoralisation will be.

Dates and location : 29 Febr and 1 Mar 2019 at Lingolsheim (in close vicinity of Strasbourg)

general information :
Address: 19, rue de Geispolsheim 67480 Lingolsheim
Fees : 40euros (inscription, 2 French Breakfast and 2 meals)
maximum of players: 32
Nbr of plays : 5
Format : only one version by army of 20 units (demo 20) in 200 pts +/-1 point (see specificities) with a precise date.
Scale: 15 mm ;
Rewards: the 3 first players will get specific rewards and all of the players will get a souvenir from Alsace.

Tournament rules :
Pairing:
- 1st play by nearest date and location ("civil wars" as last extent) ;
- other plays Swiss adapted system (2.1) ;
- during the 4th first plays no intra club match;
- last play: No mercy ;

special rules :
- lentgh of ea. play : 2 hours 30 minutes with 7 turns minimum.
- ea. play ends when called for on defender’s turn. A Blitz end is always possible to reach 7 turns.
- Terrains : players bring their own depicting land feature.
- area of game : 120 x 80 cm.

- Dice provided by organization
- No redraw
- lists authorised can be found in the French post page 2 and 3.
special: lists 52, 53, 82, 84, 85 have a special camp . it is mandatory, fortifed but only when attackted. Otherwise it is a nomal camp particularly for the demoralisation. It cost only 2 pts (budget) instead of 6. So Armies from thats lists shoul not overtake 198+/-1 pt on excel file with 0 in the box of the fortified camp.

"Iron Man" - 6 plays = 1 Fri eve, 4 Sat, 1 Sun morning
"Confort" - 5 plays= 1 Fri eve, 3 Sat. 1 Sun mng
"Intensive" - 5 plays= 4 Sat, 1 SUn mng
"Classique" - 5 plays= 3 Sat, 2 Sun
We selected formula os "Classique".
1 Round:
In order to maitainng a unique round and avoid a open tournament, 2 periods will be played alternately by the players: From Sargon II to Constantin and from Basile II to Cortès. The lists authorised are on page 2 and 3 of the french version.
The 2 periods will be played 3 and 2, selected by chance just before the 1st play.

Each list must be with 20 units (sacrifiable are units but fortifed camp not) with 200pts+/- 1pts (this point is not for getting a non-mandatory option at 1 pt)

How many do you come ?
Do you want to play (for training of fun) Friday evening ?
Do you want to join us for the dinner in old Strabourg on Staturday evening ? (any food restrictions?)
Do you need a transport? (and from where to where?)
Do you need any troops? (tyope and quantity)
