The Guardians of Baucent invite you to their 15 mm Art of War tournament (V4 with the latest clarifications) entitled “Montjoie! ". Five rounds are on the program.

Selected theme: The Crusades and the Reconquista

The chronological period used for the army lists begins in the 11th century in Spain and with the first crusade (1096-1099). It ends with the eighth crusade and the death of Saint Louis in Tunis in 1270.
These wars of a religious nature are geographically extended to the action of the Teutonic and Mongol armies of Subedei in Eastern Europe, just to add more fun.
Any allies used should be taken from the lists below.

A single list for the entire tournament and per player. This list may be checked at any time by the referee. He will check the deployment orders at the start of each game.
The miniatures must be based in ADLG format, painted and clearly represent the troop used so as not to mislead the opponent.
Duration of games: 2 hours 30 minutes with a minimum of 7 rounds (Blitz if necessary). The parties stop on the defender's turn.
The pairings of the first round will be determined in order to pit an Eastern army against a Western army as much as possible. Then, we will use the Swiss system, avoiding interclub meetings on Saturday and if possible on Sunday for lower ranked players.

Please bring your wargame mat and game decor.


Registrations and the chosen list must be sent in Excel format (downloadable from the forum: http://www.artdelaguerre.fr/adlg/v3/?/fr/aids) to this address: guardiansdubaucent@gmail.com and sent no later than September 30. Remember to fill in the name of your possible club and specify if you have any food allergies. Use the same email address if you want information.


The registration price is 30 euros including the 2 meals on Saturday noon and Sunday (drink included).
The sum is to be paid by Paypal to the address guardiansdubaucent@gmail.com (“send money to a relative”) or directly on site on Saturday morning in cash only (thank you for having change). Coffee is offered.


Accommodation: it is possible to sleep directly on site in the 3-star “Anglet Biarritz Parme” hotel.
Price of a single room: €75 with breakfast
Price of a room for 2: €80 without breakfast.

To eat in the evening, there are a few restaurants (including a Flunch) and fast food outlets less than 5 minutes away by car.
The beach and the ocean are very close.

Saturday:
- Reception from 9:00 a.m.
- 1st round from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Lunch break on site from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. (meal included in the registration price)
- 2nd round from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- 3rd round from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Sunday:
- 4th round from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Meals from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- 5th round from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Prize giving from 3:30 p.m.
