I wonder what the factors are for MKn Impetuous charging LI Jav in rough. Kn are -1 (1-2 and no Impact bonus.) I think the LI are only 0 as they don’t count Javelin because their opponents had impact (even though it was cancelled by terrain), no?

I have seen the argument that LI do not get javelin against impact cavalry in the rough. That having impact cancels javelin, even if impact is canceled itself.

But my opinion is LI keeps their javelins.
