Those two are (in combination) very clear.

Again; just to be totally clear, this would mean that is was not a charge and therefore the special abilities do not apply?

I'm not sure how there could be even a sliver of ambiguity across these two definitions , but I can repost them in a different order if that helps Cool

Thanks, Tim. I hadn’t seen it this way (i .e., not counting as a charge), but when you post the relevant rules it’s clear you are correct.
