Hats of to ADLG for reviving our local ancients group. I was so excited about playing ancients again that I painted up a new army for the rules. I think this one will be great fun to play with legionaries, scutarii and burning carts. The army is on my blog here.

Our ancients gaming group used to play FoG. We couldn't get anyone to turn out or get new players. By switching to ADLG, we added 2 new players this month. ADLG has revived ancients here and we're loving the rules.

That is a great question, Marco. Corvus Belli has great figures. The camp would not look as nice without Romans in a marching column and the kneeling Iberian. Xyston is superb as well. Being a bit on the larger size and with huge shields, Xyston was a bit easier to paint up. I'd pick my Xyston army as my favorite. Thanks for asking!
