In lists 60 & 61 it states that an army can include generals of other origin to that of the CinC and are considered allied corps with unreliable generals.

Does this means that each ally general is picked in the normal way with minima and maxima halved as normal for each allied continget?

That is my understanding.

forget your old dbm thinking, a unriable général can command any troop of his list, without minima.

I usely use 2 unriable general to gain troop points.
