Page 17 - illustration - 2nd example - A1 and B1 are in corner contact with an El - "A1 and B1 fight with no penalty [..]" ?
This is contrary to the rule text, above the illustration, where it clearly says "[..] in contact even only by a corner with a unit of El suffer a -1 penalty in melee"
Imo, A1 and B1 must fight each with a -1 penalty, correct ?
This would be more significant in case of a quality difference, for example if unit A1 is ELITE, B1 not, A1 could take advantage from the Quality modifier and win the fight! |

As they both suffer from panic, they both have -1 in melee, so they fight at egality.
If the panic affect only one of the fighters ( B3 for example), it will be counted.
The Elite or Mediocre affect only the dice roll, so counting both -1 or both 0 doesn't modify the result. _________________ Audentes fortuna iuvat. |
