Hey, I am a new player building a French list and wanted some feed back on this list:

100 year war French with Jeanne d’Arc
Cic: Strategist 
4 Heavy knight impetuous (elites)
2 Heavy knight impact 
2 light infantry crossbow 

Sub cic: competent 
2 Foot knight
2 heavy spearmen armour  
2 crossbowmen (elites) 

Sub cic: ordinary 
2 Medium swordsmen mediocre 
2 crossbowmen
Heavy swordsmen 2HW 

Is the base count to low for this list? as I only have 19.

Also if I changed the list to add scots as allies can I take the Scottish Pikemen or only men at arms and longbows?

What is the third command supposed to do? More knights. Have a small command of a couple of knights with an included general. Move the mediocre swordsmen to the foot command.

You need the fortified camp as you can't reasonably stop a LH from taking the camp unless you play very defensively.

You can’t take pikemen in the Scots option of the French 100YW. Only longbowmen and men at arms.

1 heavy impact cavalry
2 LI crossbow
1 crossbowmen mediocre
1 crossbowmen w/pavise élite

Sub Gen : competent
4 heavy swordmen 2HW
2 heavy impact knight
1 LI crossbow
1 crossbowmen mediocre
1 crossbowmen w/pavise élite

Sud Gen : ordinary
4 impetuous levies

Are Crossbow elite worth the cost?

Another way to look at it. I could have added an army break point of Levy or a LI for the 4 points. I LOVE Light infantry with this list. But instead I opted for the elite Crossbow.
