The Hotel LEUKA*** has reserved 15 rooms for attendees. This number of rooms can be expanded if there is greater demand.

The prices are:
Double room with continental breakfast incl. 77€ per night
Single room with continental breakfast incl. 60€ per night
Parking 10€ per day.
Prices VAT (Taxes) included.

VERY IMPORTANT
The first game of the tournament is played on Friday, May 26. The start time of the game is flexible throughout the afternoon of the 26th from 17:00 to 21:00. For this it is essential that the organization knows from what time each player is available, considering their flight or travel plan, and their arrival at the place of play. (LEUKA Hotel).
Each player must inform of the time in which the game can start, between the following time windows:
Start at 17:00
Start at 18:00
Start at 19:00
Start at 20:00
Start at 21:00
Pairings will be made randomly with players from each time window. In case of being odd, it will be delayed to the next time window and not before.
The games will have the normal duration of 2h30 'from its beginning.

The lists have been corrected. I am waiting for the forwarding of those that contained errors. As soon as they are all well I will publish them. I need already in some hurry to know who will attend the dinner on Saturday (on Thursday 18 I close the list with the restaurant). Also the lunch menus. If I do not receive a response from those who are still missing, they will be given a lunch with a random menu.
