We understand that not everyone uses FB, but it was the channel we did go to quickly share and centralize information.
Of course the captain channel is an important link, but it always take some more time to write email, translate, etc. due to that the information takes a bit more time to get to them
We'll also upload the information through the tournament, but since during it we'll also do hard copy of the information, FB account is not a mandatory thing.

Information shared to all captains.
Pairing on round 1 will be by average ELO of the Teams. 4 groups will be created and pairing inside each one of them will be drawn. |

| Unfortunately one of our Scotland team for Lisbon has been hospitalised and cannot make the trip. Contact me if you would like to take their place. Hotel is already booked and paid for. Flights are also available (possibly with transfer fee) if prepared to fly tomorrow (29th) from Edinburgh. |
