The Guardians of Baucent invite you to their “Art de la guerre” tournament in 15 mm (V4 with the latest clarifications) entitled “Montjoie! ".
Five rounds are on the program.

Dates: June 8 and 9 in Anglet (Basque Country).

The chosen theme is called “worlds collide”.
Warlords from four continents will clash martially with the ultimate goal of only one remaining.
The interpreted lists are extracted exclusively from books V (Feudal Age), VI (Late Middle Ages) and VII (America) and will fall within the period from 1302 (Creation of the Catalan companies of Roger de Flor) to 1521 ( Fall of the Aztec Empire).

Consider the following armies (maximum 200 points):
182 to 184; 186 to 191; 194; 196 to 198; 213 to 215; 209; 211; 212; 217; 220 to 221; 223; 225; 230 to 272; 274; 279 to 282; 284 to 295.
Elephants and camels are prohibited.
All allies must be chosen from one of the lists above.

A single list for the entire tournament and per player. This list may be reviewed at any time by the referee. You will check deployment orders at the beginning of each game.

The miniatures must be based on ADLG format, painted and clearly represent the troops used so as not to mislead the opponent.

Duration of games: 2 hours 30 minutes with a minimum of 7 rounds (Blitz if necessary).
Games end on the defender's turn.
The first round matchups will be determined to pit an Eastern army against a Western army as much as possible. Then, we will use the Swiss system, avoiding interclub “showdowns” on Saturday and, if possible, Sunday for lower-ranked players.

Please bring your wargame mat and stage props.

Remember to complete the name of your potential club and specify if you have any food allergies. Use the same email address if you want information.

The registration price is 40 euros which includes the 2 meals on Saturday noon and Sunday (drinks included). The sum must be paid by Paypal to the address guardiansdubaucent@gmail.com ("send money to a family member") or directly on Saturday morning in cash only (thanks for having change). Coffee is offered.


Accommodation: it is possible to sleep directly at the 3-star hotel “Anglet Biarritz Parme”.
Price of a single room: €86 without breakfast
Price of a room for 2: €90 without breakfast.

For late night dining, there are a few restaurants (including a Flunch) and fast food joints within a 5-minute drive. The beach and ocean are very close.

Saturday:
- Reception starts at 8:30 a.m.
– 1st round from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Lunch on site from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. (food included in the registration price)
- 2nd round starting at 1:30 p.m. at 4:00 p.m. m.
- 3rd round from 4:30 p.m. at 7:00 p.m. m.

Sunday:
- 4th round from 9:00 am to 11:30 am
- Meals from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- 5th round starting at 12:30 p.m. at 15:00
- Awards ceremony starting at 3:30 p.m.
