The pursuit rules, page 69 1st BP says that pursuers ignore enemy ZoCs. This allows a pursuer to contact a flank even if t is protected by a ZoC, unlike a charger which would be blocked by the ZoC. Is this how it is played, or have I missed anything? |

Hi Mike. This is a guess, but I think you have described it correctly, that pursuit ignores ZoCs.Â
While it potentially allows the pursuers to roll up a ‘protected flank’ it also becomes a major PITA to impetuous troops that move into a position with enemy on their flank (or worse touching their flank).Â

The pursuing troops are allegedly following up routers in contact not charging over open ground, so troops trying to cover the flank have routers in the way. Most probably the routers are routing through them causing a heap of distraction. _________________ Player 747 don't call me Jumbo |
