A maximum of three identical lists will be accepted, priority being given to players who have made their final registration and in chronological order.
Format: 200 points.
Number of rounds: 3 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday.
Maximum number of players: 28.
Miniatures: 15 mm scale; the miniatures must be painted and pedestalized and must be faithful to the type of troop they represent; players will describe their troops to the opponent on deployment.
Dice: the dice are not provided by the organization; if both players agree, the system of three dice can be used: at each roll of the dice, three dice are thrown and the median result is retained (in this case, provide cups or dice towers to avoid accidents!)
Field: Players will bring their courts, which will comply with the rule; the organization will provide tables marked for the 200 points size but players who can bring their own game tablecloth will be welcome.
Pairings: draw in the first round, Swiss system; confrontations between players from the same club and two identical lists should be avoided as much as possible on the first day.
Timetables:
Saturday:
- Players will be welcomed from 8:30 am, games start at 9:30 am.
- 9:30am-12:00pm: Part 1
- 12:00-13:00: Lunch
- 1:00pm-3:30pm: Part 2
- 4:00pm-6:30pm: Part 3
Sunday:
- Players will be welcomed from 8:30 am, games start at 9:00 am.
- 9:00-11:30 am: Part 4
- 11:30-12:00: Lunch
- 12:00-15:00: Part 5
- 15:00-16:00: Results, prize-giving and end of the tournament.
Price:
- a prize will be awarded to the top three players;
- the Provençals being known for their tendency to exaggerate, the special prize "of the sardine that blocked the old port of Marseille" will be awarded to the player who has completely eliminated the most plates, generals and camps accumulated (the units released do not count) during the tournament; in case of tied players, the prize will go to the player with the lowest ELO;
- for the last, to reconnect with old traditions, surprise...
Transport: the tournament venue is easily accessible by car (A6, A9) as well as by public transport (Avignon Ville and Avignon TGV train stations 15 minutes away, Marignane airport about 1 hour by car); a pick-up can be organised at Avignon train stations on request; be careful, on Saturdays a flea market occupies the large market car park in the lower part of Villeneuve and attracts people: There is the small car park of the old cemetery near the tournament venue, and others further away, but it is recommended, by car, to arrive quite early.
Accommodation: The area is touristic and offers many accommodation options. It is still busy in October, so it is recommended to book early. Villeneuve, Les Angles, and of course Avignon, are quite well equipped with restaurants, but on Friday and Saturday evenings, it is recommended to make a reservation. Google ratings are quite reliable, information can be provided by email.

Registration noted, but official registration with choice of the list opened on June 2nd.
Cheapest accomodation will be by renting a flat, some are available now in the center of Villeneuve at a reasonable price. Hotels are more expensive. _________________ Condottiere
