Dear AdlG friends,
the German Open AdlG-tournament 2025 will be held at the Marksburg in Braubach on March 7th and 8th (Saturday and Sunday). There will be five games, using 15/18mm scale.
The choice of army lists is limited to the Medieval Period (from AD 1050) – not the least to celebrate a particular anniversary, the grant in 1276 of a town charter to Braubach, the
traditional convening place for historical wargaming tournaments in Germany for more than 40 years.

At the Marksburg, a common dinner will be provided on Saturday evening, the cost of which has been included in the entrance fee of EUR 50,-. We have space for 40 players. When these
places have been booked, we cannot accept any further registrations.
Following a fine tradition, we will meet at the Pizzeria Laguna on Friday evening before the tournament for a meal and to toast the tournament. We will meet on Friday, March 6th from
6:30 p.m. Please tell us with your registration whether you would like to attend, so that we can accordingly reserve a table.

Overview of the Braubach spring tournament2025:
Date: Saturday, March 7th, 2025, 9:00 a.m., to Sunday, March 8th, 2025, 5:00 p.m.
Location: Marksburgschänke, Marksburg, 56338 Braubach
Maximum number of players: 40
Rules: L'Art de la Guerre, 4th Edition
Figure scale: 15/18mm
List specifications: Medieval Period (armies from 1050 AD). There are no geographical restrictions, American armies in particular are welcome. However, the organizers are
convinced the Fates and the genius loci will only favour those taking into account the 750 th anniversary of the legal elevation of Braubach to town status by playing list 191 – Feudal
German for the specific year 1276.

Army size: 200 points.
Please bring with you next to figures, measuring sticks, rules, etc., also the terrain pieces that are relevant to you, in any case the mandatory terrain pieces of your own army's home terrain.
If available, please also bring play surfaces (tables and/or mats) and let us know how many Dice are provided. The use of cups or dice towers is mandatory.
Number of games: 5 (3 games on Saturday, 2 games on Sunday)
Playing time: 2.5 hours max. per game. At least 7 rounds must be played unless a decision is reached beforehand. “Blitz†moves will have to be played otherwise.
