Just a couple of additions to the list - when it is next updated
1. For Papal States - post 1490
Give it the option to replace 0-3 Men-at-Arms and Mercenaries with HC impact (elite) as the "Black Bands" (Bande Nere) from 1516.
Option to give Papal States a Strategist in the form of Giovanni delle Bande Nere (1516-1526*) - * yes I know the list only goes up to 1520, but he died in 1526!
Option for Papal States to upgrade the Javelinmen to elite as 'Sardinians'.
2). Option to have the Halberdiers as MF swordsmen polearm or HF swordsmen polearm - for all armies.
3). Allow the Genoese to upgrade the Mercenaries Crossbowmen to elite @ 2pts
4). Allow both the Genoese and Venetians to have Disembarked Galley Crew or Sailors 0-3 MF swordsmen @ 6pts
