If you are successful in throwing a 6 (or 5,6) does your flank march arrive in that movement turn or do you just declare where it will arrive and bring it on in the next turn?

When you throw your 6 (or 5,6), you have just to declare where your flank march arrive (just the side, not the exact position...). And it will arrive next turn.
