P 27, 3rd bullet makes clear a group with units of different speeds can move in a wheel at different speeds.
But if a wheel is after an advance does this still apply?

This group of 3 wants to move 1 UD then wheel. If the HI does not exceed a total of 2 UD for the whole move can the MI move up to its 3 UD.
I think so, but it was suggested that the differing speeds of bullet 3 do not apply unless it is a pure wheel. |
