I have been asked these minor questions.
If mobile artillery is in rough and in melee does it suffer a combat penalty?
It appears from the English rule wording heavy artillery can be placed in difficult terrain IF ON A ROAD. p 72.
Since the unit counts as in the terrain next to the road, it is possible that artillery can be in melee in difficult terrain. What is the combat penalty? |
