There is still a lot of confusion on the forums on these 2 lists.
Can Hervé Caille or any other expert please clarify if the "allied" generals commands are picked as Allied (min/max 1/2) or ONLY as unreliable.

I think that each general of othert nationality than CiC is only unreliable.
