The answer to this question seems clear to me. But it was also clear to my opponent and a club mate; and their answer was different from mine. So I would like to check.
A column of Roman legionaries (HI) are 8 UD away from the nearest enemy. Two command points have been allocated to them.
Can they:
B. Expand by one unit for one command point and then - in the same bound - expand by another unit for their second command point?
Or
B. Does the table on page 30 limit their expansion to one unit per bound?
