This website contains a list of rated players. The ratings are a decent rough guide to who is more skillful than who. Although I have played in two fairly big events (Fall In and Historicon) and several local events, and have done reasonably well, I have no rating. I really have no idea why. Should I care? I can't decide.

I have played a lot of tournament Ancients. I played both DBM and FoG and had decent ratings in both. It was nice to see my name, in a sort of narcissistic way, but it really made very little difference to my life. None of those systems used rating to pair opponents, as they do in chess; I didn't get a trophy when my rating rose; nobody mocked me on the street when it fell (I mean, not any more than usual).

So, should I care than none of the events I have played in have been included in the rating system? I am not sure. Why do we HAVE ratings, anyway?

Thanks , Viracoches. It looks like you got results from the 15mm Fall In event, but perhaps not for the 25mm event. The Historicon I attended was 2016, not 2015. I appreciate your willingness to look, which was very kind of you.

My main point was not 'what's my rating' but whether my rating, if I ever have one, will make any difference to me or anyone else.

Care about ratings if you care, don't care if you don't...I do like have a place with a listing of armies used and historical results that is always interesting to see what different people are up to.

If the Historicon 2016 results aren't there yet I am reasonably certain they will eventually get in.

The historicon ratings are "on there way" So they will get there.
