If a unit of foot bow makes a second move, and gets to 4 UD to an enemy unit, is it entitled to shoot? While it seems it should, it also seems to deny the spirit of the rules as well. _________________ Phil

Answer: no you can't.:
Roughly translated from the French version page 46 in the "restrictions for firing, the second dot states "...unit can fire after moving except if they made a second or third move"
So you got get within firing range of the ennemy with your second or third move, but you can' t shoot cause you made more than one move.
In fact, the ennemy CAN shoot you without restriction if you went at just 4 UD of him... _________________ Audentes fortuna iuvat. |

Merci, Merci, Merci! I made that call on one of our Wed. night games, where there are sharp minds, but no other ancients players, and it worried me that I might have to tell them I was wrong (again). _________________ Phil
