The Technical Board has just achieved to update the Chart for organization of ADLG tournaments. This document is both a memento for tournaments organization and a regulation in order to take the tournaments into account within the 2 ranking systems : the ELO ranking and the annual championship. This document will be released in the french speaking forum by a few days . It will apply for all ADLG official tournaments from the 1st of january 2018.
Former versions were available only in french , but for this 3rd update we intend to translate it into english and spanish as soon as possible.
Annex 6 of the chart deals with annual Championship. This championship will be strongly modified according to the following principles :
• the total number of tournaments taken into account for the ranking will be limited to 4 each year (5 during the transitory period wich will include results from 1/09/17)
• the calculation formula is totaly changed : it is now based upon the points scored during the tournament upgraded by the size and the number of rounds of this tournanment
• championship calendar will be now from 1st january to 31st december . The transitory period will be from 1/09/17 to 31/12/18
• ranking will be national. In addition an international ranking will be set up for those players who participate in tournaments of different countries and the World
