Hello everyone!
Quick question. In 300 point games, the minimum and maximum are increased by x1.5. What about an upgrade that has parenthesis? For example, List #8 Neo-Babylonian, the Chariots with 4 Horses have an option to Upgrade to elite (max 2). Does the (max 2) turn into (max 3)?
