p.35 bp. 8 says that a unit has no ZoC if it´s in a terrain that affects its combat. I have some quesitons now.
What if the enemy unit is the same type and they are both in the same terrain? Lets say HI and HI in a forest? IS there no ZoC whatsoever?
Another question a bit related to this.
Does a unit have a ZoC INTO terrain that affects its combat??? Like a HI OUTSIDE of a forest but less than 1 MU of a LI inside the forest
