Hi all,
Say a unit of Foot Knights (FKs) is adjacent to the end of a row of (friendly) fortifications. The enemy defeats the friendly unit defending the last fortification and then advances to the flank of the FKs and in a subsequent turn wants to hit the FKs in the flank but when it tries to conform to the flank there is a fortification in the way.
How does this work? I couldn't find a rule about fortifications being removed once defeated. It costs 1 UD of movement to move over a fortification but what about into one? Or does it prevent the conformation?

Since, technically, the fortifications have zero depth* you can conform onto the flank ignoring the fortifications.
* See Page 60 bp 2 - the front of the fortification is considered to be the position of the front of any unit defending it. _________________ Putting the ink into incompetence |
