Just a simple question of charging and conforming
At the TIME a charge is declared must the charging unit be able to conform as outlined in the rules
ie As much as possible to the front of its target or fully to the flank/rear
Or do you move the charging unit into contact with its target and then determine conformation
ie Conforms as much as possible to the front edge or fully to the flank/rear using the displacement rule on P53 if necessary |

The latter.
1. Charge and make contact.
2. Conform as much as possible and follow any applicable rules for partial conforming, displacing units etc etc. |

My method is to draw diagrams in Paint, save them as GIFs then upload them to Imgur.com.
Then you can use the Img button above to copy the download link supplied by Imgur.
That puts the image onto the forum.
Dave
PS I don't pretend to understand how any of that works
Try posting this link using the Img button to see how it's done:

Rather than Paint I find Powerpoint to be easiest to create diagrams. you can create base sized rectangles that you can then copy and re-orientate as necessary and add lines/arrows etc. Then save the required image as a Gif and upload it to Imgur. Then select the picture in Imgur and click on the Copy button next to Direct Link. You can then use the Img button to embed the link into your post. |
