Had this come up yesterday and could not find anything on the forum or amendments 
Medium foot in a field and charged frontally by medium cavalry bow. The question was would the additional +1 for non impact cavalry vs medium foot still apply as the rule in the book as well as QRS don’t exclude when in terrain. But if it were impact cavalry the +1 for impact is cancelled in terrain that penalized it?

I think page 20 should also state “except in terrain” as page 14 states “Cavalry is very maneuverable and has an advantage against medium foot in OPEN TERRAIN.

  Thanks for the response
Say the medium foot are swordsmen so they are a plus+1. The medium cavalry bow would be +1 for melee +1 for first round against medium foot and -2 for terrain. Net 0

The medium cavalry impact would be +1 for melee and would not get impact ( page 17 Impact when fighting in terrain. Terrain is a -2 so net -1
