WAR have announced they will start putting tickets for Warfare 2019 on sale this weekend

Currently there are 36 places allocated to 15mm ADLG and 14 for 25mm

The event is 16th & 17th November this year

The theme is yet to be decided - the WAR site currently has last years theme info posted on it.

25mm Theme - 'The Second Half' : Armies Post 500AD Warfare 2019

15mm ADLG Theme:
“He Ain’t Heavy (He’s My Brutus)”
The Roman and Greek Classical World, but with less ‘heavyweight’ troops.
Permitted Lists must be valid between 350BC-493AD and drawn from the followings: 39-77, 79, 82-115, Allied contingents must be drawn from these lists.

All submitted lists can only include:
- the minimum permitted number of Cataphracts or 2,
- the minimum permitted number of Elephants or 1,
- the minimum permitted number of and HCh or 2,
whichever is the greater in each case.

Allied contingents which would increase an existing minima in the main list to more than 2/1/2 Cataphracts/Elephants/HCh cannot be chosen.

Another question:

The Graeco-Bactrian list requires that at least three Iranian Nobles be taken, and that these nobles can be either Heavy Cavalry Impact or Catephract. How many Catephracts are allowed in this instance?

Any options to replace/substitute troops which would reduce the minima of Cataphracts, Elephants or HCh and which are valid throughout the entire period 350-493 must be chosen. Basically it's about taking as few of these troops as humanly possible to make you think more innovatively about list selection.
