HOPLON CLUB of Patras ..is proud to host the 2020 Worlds.
the event will take place
 on weekend of the 19th-20th-21th June 2020
The venue is the 4*  Poseidon palace hotel  at Kaminia coastal area .10klm from Patras centre 
Accomodation packages will also include its newly renovated 3* brother (Poseidon Hotel)

The competition will be Open with all army lists allowed.
Each player is allowed 1 list  with exact year specified...any allies must be valid in that year .
Figures scale 15mm(there wiil be not a 25mm tournament)
Armies will have to be 200 points.
6 games : 1 on Friday 19.45pm , 3 on Saturday, 2 on sunday
Games will last  2 hours and 30 min .
A minimum of 7 turns must be completed
Games will end on defender round
Blitz will be used in order to complete at least 7 turns.
All the rules of the last " Tournament Organization Charter" will be in use .
Important Notice ...
After discussion with the author 2020 worlds will be played with Art de La Guerre 4rd edition rules together with any  official Faq &ammendements . referring  to ADLG 4th edition  .

The tournament organizers will provide terrain and dice.
In no case can personal dice be used.
The use of Average Dice is not permitted
Rerolls are not permitted
Referees: Greg Filip & Papatheodoroy Spyros

Lists checkers:..  (open as soon)
Deadline for the army lists submission: is Friday 22th of May  at midnight.
Late list: If a player sends his list late, the referees can, penalize the player by inflicting  penalty points on the tournament score...(number of points to be determined).

The organization will  give each participant a welcome bag with playing aids and gifts

Each player will be be registered with his Adlg id  number
Players without ID will get a new one .
ACCOMODATION
All players will use the following code
PWC2020 ..when they book at the hotel .
Soon the link will be open and the hotel packages will be  availaible
You all will be informed !
SIDE EVENTS
Those who plan to stay more days ..come earlier before the weekend or stay after the weekend ..please  contact  Gregory ..at (gregfilip4@hotmail.com)
A side event will be organized (wine tasting/visit to the museum of patras &more )
