Exactly 4UD allows you to make multiple moves.
First bullet point, p34 Multiple Movements.

Yes, since you're at 4 UD or more, I can 1/2 turn and move away with 2 (or 3) movements.

This is unchanged from v3, where essentially the same wording appears on p32 (and, I think, also waaaay back from the days of DBM... not sure about 7th though!)

Exactly DBM allowed it. DBMM stopped that by allowing march moves based on your starting position, not your ending position. |
