Okay, there are hardly any impetuous infantry in the army lists which are not impetuous swordsmen.
The QRS states "** Cancels impact of impetuous swordsmen if receiving the charge on its front."
Page 13 of the Rules says: "... cancels impact of impetuous infantry if receiving the charge on its front."
Which one is right? |

Both
In French " Piétons" is the generic term for foot troops, so infantry.
The MI and HI are separated in "Fantassin" or "Lancier" so swordmen and spearmen.
there is only impetuous swordmen.
and in the French version, the term "Piétons" is always used. _________________ Audentes fortuna iuvat. |

I believe that the rules book trumps the QRS, except the one about cavalry v medium swordsmen / spearmen already clarified as an error. |
