Can a Spanish army, non Sertorius, use different tribes without making them allies?
The note allowing allies of different tribes from the tribe of the CinC makes me wonder.
So specifically:
1. May an army have a command of Celtiberian Scutarii as well as a non-allied command of Iberian Scutarii?
2. May commands be mixed? So for example may a given command have both Celtiberian Scutarii as well as Iberian Scutarii? |

1. This would need to be an Iberian army with an allied Celtiberian command. Otherwise no.
2. No.
