Hello,
In V3, Viking Warriors were either MSw Impetuous in earlier armies or HSw in later ones. In V4, as written, they can be a mix of either type, with the HSw option only being allowed from 850 AD.
In list 158, the Viking mercenaries are MSw Imp up to 849, and then HSw from 850 AD. This is in keeping with the intention of the list in V3 with an either/or choice.
Is 155 correct in it's intent that both types can be mixed at player discretion? If this is the case, any idea what is the difference in intent in list 158 when it sticks with the v3 split of either/or?

I would operate these as they are written right now in V4. I.E. Viking and slav lists not in perfect sync.
Perhaps it was an oversight of the editing process. There is a lot of cross checking to be perfect. I could invent a justification. :O |

I'm about to list check for a Dark Ages themed competition, it was a possible thorny issue I wanted to get ahead of. As written works for me
