RULES:
Scale: 15mm with appropriate ADLG bases for that scale. The figures must accurately represent the troop type and the army must be entirely painted.

LISTS.- Theme: Chariots and contemporaries. Therefore, the following are permited:
1 a 37, 47 a 51, 54, 56 (before 55 b.C.), 57, 58 (before 275 b.C), 59, 60, 62, 63 (no Odrysian), 64, 66, 68 a 70 (before 41 a.C), 72 (before 62 b.C), 75, 76 (before 300 b.C), 77, 78 (Nam Viet kingdom), 80, 81 (no Kingdom in China), 82, 89, 90 (no Quinto Sertorio), 91 (before 69 a.C), 92, 98, 99, 112, 113 (before 372 a.C.), 114, 115 (not from the south), 116

Allies must be drawn from the said lists.

Players will send two versions (numbered 1 and 2) of the same 200 point list. Options, periods and allies can be different and at least one corps must be different in the two lists.

Choice of lists for a game:
Players must inform their opponents of the list they are using and after they have selected which version they must inform them of the list’s number (1 or 2). The umpire can check which list has been selected.

Rounds:
Rounds will last 2h30 with four rounds on Saturday and two on Sunday morning. Players from the same club will not have to play each other. First round draw will be random and thereafter using the Swiss chess system:

Saturday 12th: Welcome 08:30
1st game: 08.45-11:15
2nd game: 11:30-14:00
(Break for lunch at Bar from 14:00 to 14:30)
3rd game: 14:30-17:00
4th game: 17:15-19:45

Sunday 13th:
5th game: 08:30-11:00
6th game: 11:15-13:45
Prize giving: 14:00

Booking and lists: Before 1th March.

On Saturday night there will be a meal at the bar where we play for 25 euros, choices to be determined. Please let us know if you wish to attend this meal when you book your place.

Fee:
Saturday’s lunch at the bar which includes a sandwhich for 7 euros, choices to be determined. In addition, the 70 euros’ worth of prizes will be split between the participants.

Hotels: We recommend the following hotel which is 10 minutes from the bar where we play. WE HAVE ALREADY BOOKED 10 double ROOMS with 2 beds AT A REDUCED PRICE, WHEN YOU BOOK GIVE THE REFERENCE "MICAP"
