These are probably dumb questions.
Conforming does not cost CPs (p50).
A) If two units are in corner-to-corner contact, one can slide into melee, front edge to front edge.
B) If two units are in side-to-side contact, one can conform by turning, the melee is then front edge to side edge.
C) In both these cases, there is no charge and so no charge bonuses for either side.
Are these statements all correct? In B, an unmaneuverable unit can make a flank contact without spending CPs? |

All correct. But remember that for a unit to turn on the flank for free it mustn't start in a position where its providing support. |

Got that.
It was situation B I was uncertain about being free.
P50 does resolve that.
And p51 diagram right. A2 into B3.
Shall not be wasting CP on this particular move again.
