| Is the maximum size of a terrain piece in V4 now the same for 40mm UD and 60mm UD i.e. must fit within a 6 UD circle? |

You are not. A UD is the measurement. So whatever your UD is it stays at that.
This and 1-2 other things keep the game the same at whatever scale you play. |
