The Galatians can have a Thracian ally. Which of the options in List 63 would be appropriate? Hill Tribes, Lowland, Getae or Odrysian?

The most likely would be Getae because they were the dominant Thracian kingdom at the time of the Gallic invasions, though I'm only aware of them fighting against the Gauls. Some Gauls settled in Thrace after Brennus's campaign failed, so they were likely neighbors to the Getae

Hill Tribes seem more likely than Lowlanders, simply because the Hill Tribes would have been geographically closer to the Gauls.

The Odrysian kingdom had largely been supplanted by the Getic kingdom by the time the Gauls arrived in the region, though it's possible they were still a going concern.
