If charges are declared against troops who can evade but there are others behind them, what is the sequence?

The charger declares his initial target and any turns, wheels, or slides.

Initial target evades.

Then if there are additional targets, does the charger declare how far he is going or the new target declare if he is evading first?

For example, HC Impact AA charges enemy BB LC Bw (which is 2 UD away), behind which is enemy CC HC Bw which is 4 UD from AA. BB decides to flee back through CC.

What is the order the following events occur in:

1. AA decides whether to pull up at 2 UD or continue on and charge CC
2. AA rolls to see how far it can go (3, 4, or 5 UDs)
3. CC decides whether to evade or stand
4. CC rolls to see how far it can evade

Is the order 1234, 2134, 3124, 3412, or something else?

You roll based on whom would be contacted first as an eligible target. The rear units would not be eligible to evade if they are not going to be contacted.
