Register at 9;30 for customers, although I understand we can get in before that, (see note about breakfast below). I plan to be there about 0900, draw about 9:45 and start round 1 at 1000.

Regarding Lunch service:

For speed and simplicity the cafe intends to provide lunch for participants in all three events running between 12 and 1pm both days, I have let them know that a little later would help us.

Everyone will be given a lunch voucher for their choice of food at registration and then will be able to go up and get it from the cafe when convenient.

If there are any special dietary/allergy requirements please let me know asap, there will be a vegetarian food option available as normal.

The cafe will be open for breakfast service from 8.30/8.45.
