What a strange thing. I just tested it and confirmed that the spreadsheet does not like heavy knight impact mediocre. The rule book takes priority over the spreadsheet, so you may certainly buy heavy knight impact mediocre, if you want to. You would just need to hand write the correct point totals.
There are a few troop type combinations that are still not represented in the spreadsheet. Perhaps Excel is smarter than the players in this instance.

| Or just fill in the value in the part of the spreadsheet where it is looking for point costs. i.e, just add 11 to cell F225. |
