This list has an entry for Scythians and Bactrians, Light cavalry bow 0-6.
The next line is
Upgrade to elite (max 2 if Bactrian).
Does this mean a) only 2 from the 6 can be upgraded and they are Bactrians
or b)all 6 can be upgraded if you take them as Scythian, but only 2 if you take them as Bactrians?
This question has also been asked on FB and opinion is split.
Option a) is my view, and is consistent with list 68. If all are allowed to be upgraded then the bracketed option is redundant. In list 68 all the Scythians are ordinary and only the 2 Bactrians can be upgraded.
Option b) is being argued for a competition list submission.
What do the panel think? |

| You can upgrade two of them. Those two are "Bactrian" cavalry. The Bactrian bit is just explaining why these cavalry get to be elite. |
