Can you move a 6-wide group along a road through a marsh at open terrain rate plus a 1UD bonus?
I think this is covered by page 11 and you can only do this if the group is a column, but opinions might vary.
I suppose one might argue that moving entirely along a road implicitly excludes any group but a column.
I would allow units to move at the open terrain rate on a road through limiting terrain and continue the move off the road through open. They just wouldn't get the 1UD bonus.

)
No. Road is only 1ud wide so this limits group width to 1ud ie single unit or a single unit wide column.

As above

Very much so.

That is how moving from one terrain type to another works
Hope that helps. _________________ Player 747 don't call me Jumbo |

I think it would serve all parties concerned if you told us where you are and whom you are playing. |

Agreed Hazelbarkt.
@Â Za Otlichiye;
While reading and discussing the rules is one thing, you can learn so much more by actually playing games, which would enable you to ask more appropriate questions. |

Goodness did I wander into a Crips neighborhood or something: "Hey cuz, where you from?"
(Thanks Dickstick, missed your answers on the first read through.)
My bad, misread entirely as being temporal rather than physical. Well, I guess it is temporal when referring to the bonus. |
