Does a unit hit in the flank by lights trigger all bullet points on top of first column page 57 (seems most likely no exclusion noted) or only bullet 1 where it is explicitly mentionned
When a unit is attacked on its flank or rear, the following rules apply:
1 impact, javelin, 2HW and missile support abilities are cancelled (even if attacked by light troops),
2 The unit cannot benefit from the effect of a furious charge,
3 The unit cannot cancel the abilities of enemies that are in melee against its flanks or its rear (e.g. troops with impact cancelling the javelin ability or spearmen cancelling the impact ability of mounted units).
4 Armour and heavy armour abilities, as well as the panic caused by elephants and camels, still apply. The effects of being attacked on the flank or rear are effective as long as the unit has an enemy in melee against its flank or its rear. |

Yes, all four points on p.57 apply (if relevant to the specific melee) to a unit attacked on its flank or rear by light troops.
1. as you point out there is no "exception for lights" expressed in that paragraph
2. one of the bullets on p.57 explicitly confirms that the bullet applies even if light troops are attacking the flank or rear
3. the preceding two paragraphs on p.56 contain explicit exceptions for light troops so the author would have added this to the p.57 bullets if they were not to apply when light troops attack the flank or rear |

While I like that answer, it really should say:
"When a unit is attacked on its flank or rear, the following rules apply (even if attacked on its flank by light troops):"
Otherwise it reads that points 2,3 and 4 do not apply to being attacked on a flank by light troop.

Although it is really most relevant to bullets 1 and 2. Special ability factors plus furious charge.
Cancelling impact of frontal opponents is implied from 3
4 is not really relevant |

FYI you also have the p 58 reference to cancelling furious charge as additional clarity. |
