Hi guys
Does anyone know why kushites can have 4* Egyptian 4 horse heavy chariot impact from 730BC, whereas list 15 Libyan Egyptian cannot have them, although it goes on until 700? |

Perhaps there is a rare and delicate newly discovered historical manuscript out there in the Sorbonne university History Department of Antiquities, which has only been transcribed from Heiroglyphics into French at the current time and which tells in great detail the long and winding story of how it took 30 years for the new, exciting and revolutionary 4-horse tech to travel all the way along the North African littoral from Kushitania all the way to Libya ?
Or perhaps no-one spotted this really minor inconsistency when the list were updated to v4, and so now we'll all just have to wait until v5 to see if Herve can be arsed to synchronise it then
