Small inconsistency/errata in the Tibetan list.
The notes refer to the Battle of Talas (or Battle of Talas River or Battle of Artlakh - depending upon your PoV) in 751AD, where the Tibetans with the Abbasids, defeated the Tang Chinese.
However, the Abbasid troops in the army list can only be used between 795 to 801AD.
I'd suggest that this is an error and the date for use of the Abbasid contingent need to start at 751AD.
Many thanks

I didn’t recall Tibetans as being present at Talas.
Were they ‘allied†at the strategic level but did not cooperate at the operational level at this time? |

They were very much there. Chinese sources report this.
Maybe more as an Allied contingent as far as we are concerned, but the Abassid list doesn't have Tibetan allies (although the Umayyad list correctly does).
I'd suggest that eiither the note to the Tibetan list needs to be changed or the date for the inclusion of Abassid troops in the Tibetan list needs amendment. As it is confusing.
Thanks
