probably been answered before but seeking confirmation.

elite impact half bow hc shoot as ordinary. but what morale grade are they when they are targets? i had always assumed they reacted to shooting as elite, but 2 of my opponents at roll call recently thought otherwise. i wasnt overly bothered at the time, but thought i would ask the question now to establish a consensus, in case it became an issue in a future game.

They react as elite, that's what you've paid the 2 points for.

If you read p 17, you will note the difference is when "shooting". Therefore it is normal when being shot at.
