For The list #47 Italic Tribes.
Can for Samintes the army list include replaced warriors as javelinmen?
From my reading I would say not since Samnites needs all warriors needs to be replaced by Medium Sw Impact. But I want to be 100% sure on the precedence that needs to be taken into account (on main list some can be replaced by javelinmen).

| I think the literal wording of it is that they must all be replaced and thus no Javelinmen. But I’m not 100% sure this is what’s intended. |

I think the 'replace all warriors' in the Samnite entry supersedes the 'replace some warriors' entry in the top section.
The LI javelin are in a separate section so are not covered by either 'warrior' entry. |

Even if some swordsmen were initially replaced by javelinmen they are still 'Warriors' so have to be replaced by impact swordsmen. |
