Greek Theme Lists 30 (no Trojans), 31, 33, 38-39, 41 (Macedonian & Thracian only-no Asiatic or Seleucus), 44, 45 (prior to 200 BC), 47-52, 53 (prior to 200 BC), 54, 55 (no Hannibal in Africa, militia or Numidian allies, Hannibal in Italy is OK), 60, 61 (prior to 200 BC), 62 (prior to 200 BC), 63 (before 200 BC), 64 (490-420 BC only, no Babylonian chariots, Cyrus, camels, or war wagons), 89 (prior to 200 BC) and 90 (prior to 200 BC).
Costs: HubCon entry fee $30.00 for the weekend.
4 Rounds. All rounds will be 2.5 hours with random time. Defender will get last bound, 7 turn minimum; blitz will be used if necessary. Setup should not take more than 15 minutes.

With a bit more detail. Scores may be off a bit, as this tournament was hand scored with pen and paper. Dan, I will send the results after I put into the spreadsheet.

First, thanks to Bill Sierichs who first thought of this theme after Hubcon 2024. Additional thanks to Kevin Donovan for working the list availability and also for list checking.

And, maybe most importantly, thank you to the 10 players who all played within the intent of the theme, even though the Achaemenid Persian list was available. A huge bit of restraint from Scott Allen, Chris Johnston, Steve Payne and Joey Miller!

Final thoughts:

We played 18 games, as the bottom four players did not stay for round 4 and of the 18 games, there were 3 Mutual Destructions. Also, Scott Allen had MD's against the Setze brothers in rounds 3 & 4, and won games 1 & 2, so never lost. Steve Payne won 3 games, but did lose in round 2 to Scott, so it looks like the ordering worked out as it should.

Next on the Gulf South circuit is the 47th Annual Gisclair, in Baton Rouge, October 10-12 with a 1/3/1 format and you can drop your lowest score.
